Your choice of a 30 or 45 minute yoga session with optional meditation during Savasana lead by Morgan.
Yoga session will be created specifically to fit your pregnancy needs which will be discussed ahead of your appointment.
Includes aromatherapy + a pregnancy safe tea blend to sip after your session.
Available virtually via Google Meet or at your home in SE Wisconsin.
