Reiki to Rest, Reconnect, and Receive
Private, intuitive reiki sessions for families in Waukesha, Milwaukee, and Lake Country
Take time to come home to yourself with Reiki
Because when you're caring for everyone else, you deserve a reset.
Reiki is a gentle, energy based healing practice that uses a hands-on or hands-hover approach to bring balance and restoration back to the body.
As parents (and let's be honest, as humans in general), we spend a lot of time caring for and pouring into others. Reiki invites us to slow down, regroup, and rebalance the energy we've expended.
My intention for your Reiki session is to create a tranquil, supportive space where you can reconnect with your body, find nourishing rest, and tune in to what you need - mind, body, and soul.
There is nothing you need to accomplish during a Reiki session. You don't need to clear your mind, know how to meditate, or have any previous experience with Reiki. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
Sessions are held in my office at 2301 Sun Valley Dr Ste 102, Delafield, WI 53018 or virtually over Google Meet.
Investment: $55 for 30 minutes

Wait, so what is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that offers space to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself. During a session, you'll remain fully clothed and comfortably settled in a zero-gravity chair while I work with Reiki energy through a hands-hover approach. My intention is to create a calm, supportive space where you can quiet the noise, settle into your body, and simply receive.
What does Reiki feel like?
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. You may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, heaviness, lightness, or simply a deep sense of relaxation. Some people experience emotions, imagery, or a quieting of the mind. You may also feel very little or nothing during the session - and that's completely okay.
Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?
Not at all. You don't need any particular beliefs or previous experience with Reiki. Come with an open mind and allow yourself to simply rest and receive.
What happens during a Reiki session?
We'll begin with a brief check-in about how you're feeling and anything you'd like to focus on during your session. You'll then get comfortable in the zero-gravity chair, which allows you to relax in a supported, reclined position. I'll guide you through a few moments of settling in before beginning the session. Throughout the session, my hands will remain above your body rather than making physical contact.
Afterwards, we'll take a little time to check in and give you space to reflect on your experience.
What is your approach?
Although some practitioners use a hands-on approach to Reiki, I prefer the hands-hover option, meaning there is no physical contact during your session. I'll work with my hands positioned above the body while you remain comfortably reclined in the chair.
What can Reiki help with?
Reiki is often used as a complementary wellness practice to support relaxation, rest, grounding, and a greater sense of connection with the body. It can be especially lovely during seasons of transition or when life feels overwhelming and you simply need space to pause.
Reiki is not a replacement for medical or mental health care, but it can be a supportive addition to your overall wellness practice.
How often should I receive Reiki?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people enjoy Reiki as an occasional reset, while others prefer regular sessions as part of their wellness routine. We can talk about what feels supportive for you and your current season of life.
Can I receive Reiki while pregnant or postpartum?
Yes. Reiki is gentle and non-invasive and can be adapted to support your comfort during pregnancy and postpartum. The zero-gravity chair provides a supported, reclined position, and because my approach is hands-hover, there is no physical contact during the session.
If you have a newborn, you are welcome to bring them to your session!
